Here I come with a deal for you!
I came across these on XStreet in my search for something else. Sadly the designer doesn't have more in these 2 versions, I'd so have bought them all up, no matter the price. They are super well made. Her normal eye series have just as much detail, and if you visit her inworld shop, there is a nice series of Steampunk mech eyes.
Nebula Eyes
Nebula Eyes V2
Both of these are only L$1 each. There are a few other dollarbies on her Xstreet account. All her inworld eyes are L$15, a great price for the quality of product.
You can Visit the Inworld store HERE!
Or the XStreet store HERE!
MEEEEE!
They took MEEEEE!
Not even a bench to sit on as their caravan rolls along it's uneven path.
You dare touch me? I'mma going to smack a bitch!
No, I'm not talking to you, bugger off! Here is my back, enjoy the view . . . NO! Not my ass. Oh your going to let me out? If I behave, oh and then I get food?
Well they did say they were going to feed me, silly humans for thinking I would settle for the roasted rabbit.
Hmmm I think I still have some of the driver's eyeball left under my fingernails . . .

I am Ruina Kessel. Mistress of the House of Ruin. Goddess to some. Demon to more. Demented crazy to most. *wink*
I live on the Fringes. I like the edge. I think that creatures like myself and Helena were made with a purpose, and that purpose is to make life a bit more interesting, a touch more colorful, a reminder that there is more strangeness in the world than some would have you believe.
I'm also here to show you that darkness is not always your enemy. And even when it is, it can be beautiful. Heartrendingly, terrifyingly beautiful.
Keep your eyes on the stars, your heart always open, and welcome the shadows.

What if this was your sl job?
Many in sl have store model jobs, acting as sort of mannequins, displaying the store's wears, twirling around on a stand.
For the last week I've been wearing MiaSnow's Manna Kin Skins, and let me tell you, I don't feel like something to be placed up on a pedestal. As with many of her creations she mixes features people commonly look for, while still bringing out something that can be equally artistic.
Top Left-Manna Kin Skin in Greens/Blues
Top Right-Manna Kin Skin in Pale Sky
Bottom Left-Manna Kin Skin in Pink
Bottom Right-Manna Kin Skin in Purples/Blues
The lips have that glossy lickable look everyone seems to be going for right now, and as always you get some awesome shimmery makeup options.
Manna Kin Skin in Blood
The highlights are what you'd expect of a traditional skin, but because of the base, you get that otherworldly feel.
Manna Kin Skin in Gold
The Shadows allow for extra definition to create a less then human feel.
Close Up
The body has a slight shimmer, and is different then other mannequin-like skins on the grid, having more normal features mixed in. So you get a details belly button, nipples and other must have "bits".
You can but the Skins as singles or as a full pack, and they even have their own shape, which I'm not wearing.

Eyes are my one true obsession in sl, other then mohawks. I can't get enough. I use to collect anything and everything but over the past years had started to define more of a taste for certain features.
I'm not one for too much white anymore. If it doesn't have a more visible vein, I'm probably not going to spend as much for that certain type, or buy as many.
That being said, I stumbled on this very little shop that had some great finds. More of a hobby shop, basically the creator has made things for herself and decided to share at a reasonable price.
Ora Eyes-Fractal Blue
I believe that eyes really complete an outfit. In my case when getting ready for my sl day(for those days I am to actually be *SEEN* in public), I always start with either my skin or eyes. Both get play off each other, and then a look forms in my head for the rest. So many leave the eyes to last, and then they don't end up as incorporated as they should be.
I tend to pan of peoples faces alot, and am saddened when I see such great looks, but eyes that are so lacking.
These eyes from BSN have both a uniqueness to them, but can also be used by the less adventurous avatar. The Iris pops on the eyes due to the more coloured backgrounds.
Top Left-Ora Eyes-Pale Blue
Top Right-Ora Eyes-Pale Brown
Bottom Left-Ora Eyes-Pale Green
Bottom Right-Ora Eyes-Pale Reflected
I'd categorize these as Striking, due to the colour pop. There will be no way for you to hide your true nature while wearing these.
Top Left-Deep Eyes-Green
Top Right-Deep Eyes-Gold
Bottom Left-Deep Eyes-Bright Blue
Bottom Right-Deep Eyes-Blueish Green
BSN has enough colour choice to pick out a favorite, but also at a great price so you could have the whole collection. Collections of eyes are always a good thing. There are many times when you'll want that certain look, but may not have picked up a colour to match it. Also many designers give discounts on the fatpacks, as is the case here.
Top Left-Scarlet Eyes
Top Right-Green Eyes
Bottom Left-Green Techno Eyes
Bottom Right-Red Techno Eyes
As with anything, it's hard to old habits to die. I'm forever a thrift shopper. Not only can you get some wonderful eyes for reasonable prices at BSN, but there are 4 samples, shown above in the picture, for L$1 each.
There is also one more series, that I didn't get, to be had at the store. It's more of a night creature type series.

Hello there.
I'm Helena Stringer, a Space Demon, Crazy Designer Lady, and many more things depending on the day.
I try to read a few blogs a day, just to keep in the "know". As a designer, I'm often sitting up in my skybox torturing prims, and don't get out much. Blogs are my way of seeing different things, and maybe finding time for an excursion.
The one thing that has always bothered me is the lack of "Fringe" or alternative styled Living/Fashion/Adventure blogging. Don't get me wrong, there are a few I frequent, but I'm greedy, I want more. Many blogs have elements of the things I seek, but I don't always like sorting thru all the pink fluffy posting to find the gems. Many of my favorite blogs have also copped out, and now have more "barbie" fashion then anything else. This makes me sad.
The mission here is to bring to people a different view of sl, by people that live it in a different light already. Not saying that there aren't days when I'm not more on the "normal" side, sometimes I have to cater to a clients commonality, but you'll see none of that here.
I'll be bringing you a very mixed fashion, as I tend to use things in my wardrobe that aren't necessarily "Goth", "Alternative", "Punk" or any other of the harder stuff. Thats why the blog is called Fringe Society. It'll be a collection of mish mashedness that doesn't have any said place, but will always have a sense of uniqueness to it. Also I love exploring, so I hope to bring you some posts about places to take some "wicked" photos.
I hope you'll enjoy your time here, and I hope that you'll learn a thing or two. If it be about finding your inner creature, or just a different lighting setting in sl.
